How it Works

The Aegis Medical Alert System is simple, yet effective.  When the button on the watch or pendant is pressed, an emergency signal is immediately sent to our U.L. Listed Central Station.  A specially trained Help Advisor will come on the line to determine the nature of the problem.  Should the Help Advisor not receive any response, an immediate call to your local medical emergency service provider will be made and dispatched to the home. Relatives or neighbors may also be contacted, if desired, once the local medical emergency response provider has been alerted.
