Call Button - Wrist or Pendant

The DXS-63 Pendant/Wristband Transmitter is a battery powered, water-resistant, transmitter designed for use in medical emergencies. The transmitter is supplied with a wristband, a pocket clip, and a Nylon pendant necklace.

Pressing buttons on the transmitter sends a digital wireless signal to our 24 hour Central Station. To ensure sending a complete signal, press the transmitter buttons for a minimum of two seconds.

Each transmitter is factory set to a unique code, so that no field coding is required. The transmitter sends a signal when both buttons are pressed together. The red signal indicator on the transmitter lights up and a built-in sounder beeps when the unit is activated.

Every two hours the transmitter tests for a low battery. If the battery is low, the transmitter sounder will beep and a low battery signal will be sent.

Each transmitter is sealed to provide water-resistance. The unit's battery is not replaceable. The transmitter should be discarded at the end of its battery life.

LineGrabber™

The LineGrabber™ immediately disconnects any device that is using the system phone line when it needs to send an alarm signal.

If you have more than one phone-line-dependent device (such as a telephone, answering machine, fax machine, Tivo, or modem) connected to the line that the system is using, then it is recommended that you use a LineGrabber™ for each one of these devices.

In the event of an alarm, the system needs to call the Central Monitoring Station. If another device is using the phone line, then the call cannot be made.
